The machine is uniquely configured to give the optimum performance for your manufacturing environment.

The unique Trak-Rap Machine, is a state of the art linear stretch wrapping machine with infinitely variable speed and film tensioning capability up to a maximum speed of 40 packs per minute.

The machine uses 750w of power, roughly the same as a domestic electric kettle, and over 95% less than a heat tunnel. A minimum 5scfm air supply is the only other external requirement. The machine is configured to allow a bar code printer to be mounted on the in-feed elliminating the need for expensive labels.

The Trak-Rap Film is Oriented Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE).

As a pure polymer it is 100% recyclable and at only 7μ thick is c.70% lighter than shrink wrap and has c.95% less volume on disposal. The clear properties of the film means product can easily be identified in store and bar codes can be read through it, making label elimination possible.

The Trak-Rap Case is constructed from recycled, die-cut, “Test” Paper. The unique feature of this case is that it works, with the stretch wrapping process, to minimise the amount of cardboard required to give the necessary pack rigidity, pallet integrity and security for transit or retail ready packaging. This minimises cost and significantly reduces the environmental impact. The Trak-Rap case is always easy to assemble, either manually or machine erect.

The paper is of sufficiently high grade that bar codes can be printed on the box and are readable through the film, eliminating labels and saving further costs.

Reinforced rolled edges give the film the highest tear resistance in transit, yet it is quick and easy to remove for replenishment.
