TRM and TRAK-RAP gain silver award at Starpack 2010!

Running since 1960, the prestigious Starpack Awards system is the premier UK annual scheme recognising innovation in packaging design and technology.

In the Retail Ready Packaging category, TRM Packaging and Trak Rap, were jointly awarded with the Silver for their innovative and groundbreaking entry.

Trakrap is 100% recyclable, 25% lighter and requires no heat! Retail ready and environmentally-friendly this exciting packaging has now been officially recognised in the industry with this impressive award.

The judges summed up this award-winning entry with the following comments: “The tray-styled product presentation is secured during transit by the use of LLDPE film which can easily be removed in store for shelf display. The tray construction is simple and does not require machine erection and utilises a minimal amount of material.”
